    Unfortunately the survey was closed. But I must tell you that this was the worst experience I ever had. Felt like I've been forced to use a phone which does not support my basic requirements. Issues with Android auto. Bluetooth, battery drain etc etc. I had to revert back to OS 10 amd never would update to OS 11 OR 12. Never again will I buy ONE PLUS. my association with one plus has been a long one but will end it soon.

    You spoke for MILLIONS of OnePlus customers and it couldn't have been said ANY better, salute!! And to add OnePlus STOP making so many damn phones and focus MORE on the software experience!

    I had a very bad experience since i updated it to Android 11. My handset is not able to access internet on BSNL SIM. Although it work fine on other SIM. M facing this problem since mid April of this year. I think there is a bug in the software which you need to be rectified very soon.
