    camera update plzz update its camera cause most of the time pictures come over saturated with the flash or sometimes even without the flash.i have used Google camera app and picture which taken from that app too good i hope OnePlus camera app perform as good as Google camera app

    one plus 6 battery issue not good battery life even in saving mode battery sucks alot and camera is not capturing good pictures please I'm probably it it's a serious issue

    1.remove default note app and introduce Google keep which is far better
    2.remove default contacts app and introduce Google contacts 3.0 which is updated app.
    3. unable to find tampered glass in official OnePlus site.atleast make things available for 3 years for each model from date of released.

    There seema to bug in Survey screen when filling in app itself. Survey questions are displayed in 1/4th screen only rest is white. Yiu need to click in this 1/4th area to scroll. Its work okay in browser opyion by clicking 3 dots options.

    Be Aware if you are sending your phone to the company for its service/ repair

    I placed a service request at OnePlus Care.. They arranged a pickup.. 16/08 A person turns up from BlueDart and after seeing the verification code with him I handover the mobile..

    20/08 I get a call from a Person Named Mohit he said he is from OnePlus.. he shocked me saying that there is a wire in the package.. No Mobile..

    There after I have been Calling, Mailing and tweeting about this to OnePlus.. the ask me to Call Servify it's their outsourced vendor for pickup.. I call them they were not even aware of it.. they ask me to wait till 48 Hours.. and asked me if I have called BlueDart.. I called BlueDart and managed to talk to the person who picked up the mobile.. he confirmed that he picked up the phone and has all the necessary records

    as of now I don't know what to do..
    1. Shall I register a FIR in the local police department
    2. Shall I buy a New phone and let them sought out the issue
    3. Or Shall I wait indefinitely and struggle with my old faulty phone that I am using..

    Someone Please help me.. since yesterday my full time job is to call different call centres and send mails.. No logical reply From OnePlus
