manasgupta017 , via OnePlus 7T , Nov 11, 2020 : In volume section it's doing fine, try increasing volume from laptop. But quick switch is kind of a need to me bcz sometimes buds are connected to laptop and I need to take call on phone or vice versa. Buds Z has some connection issues with laptop as it disconnects for 10-15 sec after long usage. With my device it sometimes pauses for 2-3 sec and then again starts to work fine. PS: using it on my OnePlus 7t

manasgupta017 , via OnePlus 7T , Nov 11, 2020 : I haven't been so observant, but they seemed to work fine with laptop and mobile. Took long duration call on laptop it was fine. But yes the call volume on my phone is low as compared to laptop.

manasgupta017 , via OnePlus 7T , Nov 12, 2020 : It's simple, Under sounds and vibration: I am using dynamic mode for Dolby Atmos There is an option for earphone adjustment which is enabled when buds z are connected, it's turned off bcz it kill a bit of surround sound of buds and increases the bass a little. Which in turn affects the other components of the song. That's it.
Daanesh Kejriwal , via OnePlus 6T , Nov 16, 2020 : Long press the earbuds for 3 seconds. It will disconnect from one device and connect to the previous device as long as the bluetooth is on for that device.
