    The box can control the TV to enter power on or power standby state through HDMI CEC connection, please find the setting menu on box to turn off the feature or set HDMI CEC switch to OFF, then re-check.

    　　After over 100 test about this issue, I locate that it is due to poor connection of the DDC channel of the HDMI cable provided by Xstream.
    So, try replacing the HDMI cable provided by Xstream. and see if that helps.

    　　How do i locate it?
    　　I restart Xstream over 70 times at 20191230, flowing the path:Settings->Android Settings->Device Preferences->About->Restart.
    　　At the first 40 times, i connect TV and Xstream using the HDMI cable provided by Xstream, it happens 4 times, it shows wrong timing(34*4319) at first, and then go black screen.
    　　And then i replace the HDMI cable and repeat doing Restart over 30 times, it is normal after each try.

    　　I test it again at 20191231.
    　　I use the HDMI cable provided by Xstream again, and it happens twice within 6 times.
    　　And then i replace the HDMI cable, do Restart over 30 times, it works fine after each try.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your response with detailed analysis and recommendations. Below are my points:
    1. I am NOT using cable provided by Xtreme box but using "BlueRigger High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet - Supports 3D, 4K 60Hz, Audio Return - Latest Version (6.6 Feet / 2 Meters)" which I purchased from Amazon a year back. (https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00316263Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
    2. It was working fine till last update happen of OP TV in 1st week of Dec.
    3. Cable brand SAMZHE suggested by you is not available in India. Will try to test it with other HDMI cable available with me.

    When you occur this problem,you can check your network at first. Play a video on Youtube ==> press OK button ==> More ==> Stats for nerds .
    If your network is ok, can you capture a video for your problem?

    Audio sturring while watching videos on apps or from hard drive when Bluetooth headset is connected.
    Even after standing besides tv I am facing issue.
    Device: FiiO BTR3 Bluetooth AMP and connected headset Sony Earphone, Sony Ps4 Gold Headset, Sony XB450. Plz fix this.

    Reminder: Motion smoothing settings for Dolby vision :p

    Can you describe "Audio sturring" in another way?

    My biggest issue with this tv is inability to turn off motion smoothing on Dolby vision content. So I just keep on reminding so that it will get fix early.

    Audio sturring. Losing audio continuously for half mili secs. Like audio is being on off continuosly and quickly with in milisec. I dont know how I can record this since video runs perfectly smooth only audio has issue.
    Sturring keep on going for 3-5 mins then it stops for some time and start again.

    Can u tell me which codec is tv using for audio? I could not find this info any where. And also my Bluetooth is 4.2. will the audio issue gone for Bluetooth 5.0 devices?

    SBC codec is being used for bluetooth audio, it is mostly common as default for bluetooth a2dp profile.
    I do not know if the audio issue will be gone for Bluetooth 5.0 devices, however, could you please tell me whether the issue also exists when selecting TV Speaker as sound output?

    One of the problems with the airtel xstream box of one plus tv has not been solved yet, whenever i turn on the tv with the airtel xstream box, this tv always turns off automatically and then I start it back. I have this problem every day. I am repeating the same sequence whenever I turn on TV and no one has been able to solve this problem, I have also changed the hdmi cable and have seen it. Please one plus tv solve this problems are having with airtel xstream box. Make a solution of this problem.
