It's 1920x1080 only but the problem is that when I acces a game the TV's resolution shifts to 1366x768 for some reason and making it worse all together.

And when the resolution changes when you start a game, are you able to change resolution from game's settings to 1080p?

TV doesn't change its resolution, it reproduces the resolution of the laptop.
Check the Video settings in your game and check which resolution your game is running. Many times people using a laptop lower game's resolution for better FPS or graphics

Yes I can change the in-game resolution but it just zoom in and the TV's resolution stays 1360x768

    Hey
The OnePlus TV 32Y1 is HD-Ready, not Full-HD
Its maximum resolution is 1366X768 not 1920X1080
So your maximum playable resolution will be what is shown in your PC i.e 1366X768 because that's what your 32Y1 TV supports

If you want HD resolution you'll have to buy the 43Y1 with 1920X1080 resolution.
    Thanks!
    Hope this helps

How much lag are you experiencing (in seconds)?
Make sure to use a router for casting

I usually always keep connected my hard disk to my 43Y1 TV, down usb port. There are no issues before, but from few days TV stopped to recognise it. So obviously I can't see & use the content from it.

Do anyone knows what can be the issue or any troubleshooting process to rectify this issue?

    @Venky61 Any inputs here please?

First of all, connect it to another device and see if it's working or not. If it does then follow next,
Check if it's atleast getting power with the TV, most of them have an Led on it. If there's no power, change the port and check again.

Ok. Try checking with some other file manager like x-plore or solid explorer.

After connecting hard disk to TV, LED is blinking and then I checked under Settings --> Device Preferences --> Storage, here only 'Internal shared storage' only visible. Previously hard disk storage is visible here.
So then I checked with Solid file explorer and not able to see storage there also.

After all these checks only, I didn't understand what happened and thought to check here in forums for any ideas.

Didn't knew ignoring the customers was also in the bag of OnePlus support 😏. I have done all sorts of advices provided to me and still haven't received the solution. Should I give up on updating my TV?...@venky

Ohhh... That's strange. Check if the TV is detecting any other pendrive or hdd if you have. If not I think, resetting the TV would be a quick but tiduous way to solve this.

Hey, screencasting is indeed slow sometimes. I did face it too. And more than the OTA update, it has to do with the update we get with Chromecast built-in app. Google really messes up many times. Try uninstalling updates for that app and re-update the app and check if it helps.
