    Try:

1)From the file manager enable show hidden files and head over to .OTA folder and delete the file in that folder. Now download the update with a stable network(especially wifi if possible).

    or

2)Download the full zip from OnePlus downloads website(https://downloads.oneplus.com)

Ok, if the build date of your current beta OS is older than the build date for stable 10.3.0, then you can just download 10.3.0 from the OnePlus website and install it. Soon you will then get the 10.3.1 update via an OTA update.

    Hi

I just bought the phone few hours ago and i realized the phone is very outdated... I have version Oxygyn OS 9.5.11.GM21AA (Oneplus 7 pro)

Now i saw youtube videos on how to update so what i did is download the official build from the officjal site then put the zip file in internal storage folder.

When i go to local update it says instsntly installation failed. Can anyone help please!?
