    Definitely weird, does it give the same error after a restart?
    What is your current OOS version? Have you tried updating manually?

    Did restart but still no luck
    Showing the exact same msg that only owner can update

    Raising a case... But don't think I would get answer...I have an issue with unable to connect to Android Auto from Nord 2. Went to a Service Center and first thing they are asking is to factory reset..I've registered complaint using the tool which you can access *#800#
