no lie I was a bit nervous because the rollback I downloaded soft bricked my phone . didn't want to have to reset it twice in one night but at least I got to roll back to 9.0.11 first and turn on oem unlocking so maybe at another date I can do that and then carrier unlock the device too.

I think you might mean the OnePlus 6 notification light. The 6T does not have this.

Wait, so what are the steps to do this? I had tried the beta after conversion and got a "software does not match device". I'm on converted 9.0.17 build A6013_34_190911.

Are we saying oxygen updater will work on this stable 10 or do we have to go back to TMo variant for some reason?

    Hello everyone,

I was able to successfully upgrade my T-Mobile with an international variant to Android 10. If you want to do the same, just make sure you have the stable 9.0.17 build installed and you'll be good to go. If you do not have build 9.0.17, you can download it here. Then download the Android 10 zip file here to your device internal storage and perform a local upgrade. Enjoy Android 10.

Did a quick scan and didn't see a post but could of missed it. My only issue is CTS verification fails (fails safteynet). Upgrading from .17 to Android 10 went fine. Just wanted to make sure that was known if it wasn't.

I am thinking it might be a boot loader thing. I never checked before upgrading to Android 10 if safetynet worked. But if I find anything out I'll update the thread.

If you have converted your T-Mobile (USA) model to the global version, as per post #1 of this thread, and have joined the Open Beta test firmware programme... then this should be coming to you soon...

OnePlus have just started the Open Beta 2 roll out for Android 10 OTA for the OnePlus 6 & 6T to test new features and fixes that may or may not, come to future firmware updates. You will only receive this test firmware OTA if you are already on their Open Beta releases.

    Changelog

Android Security patch = October 2019

    Camera version = 3.8.75

This is the 19th Open Beta release for the 6T in 320 days = 1 update, on average, every 17 days.

(N.B. Open Beta is NOT available for the T-Mobile (USA) carrier minority variant firmware)

Thanks for reaching back. I've done an local upgrade to 9.0.17 and then OP2 beta. it worked fine after that. initial error was while doing the local upgrade directly from 9.0.11
