Network/Connectivity T-Mobile 9.5.9 WiFi Calling Issues

    After converting from T-Mobile to International firmware for quicker updates, I had to return to TMO firmware due to the issues with VoWiFi not connecting or frequently dropping. This feature was rock solid on all TMO releases... until 9.5.9.

    Now on 9.5.9 (roughly equal to 9.5.10 for international), WiFi Calling is just as unstable. When I get to the office, my phone connects to WiFi without issue, but if it detects the very weak cell signal in my corner of the building, it will not activate WiFi Calling. On some occasions there will be an error relating to WFC being unable to connect, but 95% of the time it will be enabled and set to WiFi Preferred, but simply will not connect. Rebooting my phone will get it to work, but it also drops throughout the day, seemingly at random. WiFi itself remains connected the entire time.

    Already submitted a bug report, but was hoping others with this issue can also contribute.

    I don't know if this helps or not but have you got developer options enabled?
    If so, scroll down to mobile data always active.

    Thanks. I don't have the option to enable Developer Options on my phone due to enterprise management profiles. However the issue isn't with WiFi itself. It connects and stays connected all day. It just the WiFi Calling part that drops.

    I've been working with T-Mobile on this for a little while, and for now they are escalating back to their team who works with these OTAs. For now, they unlocked my phone so I can try other builds or possible non-OOS ROMs to see if it gets any better.

    I'm also having the same issue with VoWifi. It keeps going on and off on its own. The same feature works perfectly with other phones so I think it's a oneplus specific issue.
