T-Mobile N10 5 G shows locked/OEM Grayed out

    T-Mobile N10 5 G shows locked/OEM Grayed out. I talk with T-Mobile support they to unlock the device and got a message saying device already unlocked. But when i try to use the unlock feature from the phone it says failed error 255, the unlock status shows locked. They escalated the issue to their support team and they also confirm that the device is already unlocked on their end and advise me to go to OnePlus support.

    I did get an error 255. T-Mobile try to re-push the unlock on their end and getting message device already unlocked.

    I have had this issue on my wife's N100. Just call up TMobile again and tell them to whitelist. Their initial push to unlock got me also the same 255 error when I locking. I was persistent with 3-4 reps and finally was able to get it unlocked.
    Just to note, my other N100 (I have 3 one plus phones) got unlocked without even needing to call T-Mobile support.

    SAME ISSUE. NETWORK IS UNLOCKED BUT STILL SAYS LOCKED AND NEEDS TOKEN

    Tell TMo to check with their technical team. On the third attempt the rep created a ticket and told me it would take 72 hours. But I got a call back within 48 hours and this time when I tried it readily unlocked.
