Did you do a clean install (back all dada and perform full wipe)? If not, try this (but read through it all of the way before you do it) —

    — reboot to recovery
    — wipe cache (this will not erase any data)
    — reboot to system and see if it fixes your problem.

If the problem persists, try this:

    — attach your phone to a computer using the cable
    — create a folder on your computer desktop called "OP BACKUP"
    — drag and drop all data that you want to save from your phone to that folder (pics, videos, etc.)
    — reboot to recovery
    — wipe all data
    — reboot to system
    — set your phone up as you did when you first bought it
    — reinstall all apps and log back into all accounts

This is a "clean install" and is always the best way to ensure that nothing is left over from a previous version of Android that may cause problems. Keep in mind that this build is beta and some bugs are to be expected, so your problem may not have an easy solution (or any solution at all) until the stable version is released.

There is no root folder, the main internal storage area is the root of your devices internal storage.

    Download update then;

Turn off the device -> Press power and volume up key simultaneously until the device enters the Fastboot Mode

Navigate to Recovery option using volume and power button -> Choose English -> Install from Internal storage -> Select the downloaded zip file -> Select 'Yes'

Wait until the installation is complete -> Reboot

For those who have tried it does it have Quickstep pie nav bar instead of the old 3 buttons onscreen nav bar?

Okay so the pie UI is really nice and all but there are a few bugs which I hope will be solved in the future.
1-wifi and mobile data do not work simultaneously i.e if mobile data is turned on wifi even though connected to a good signal and everything being fine won't work.
2- the annoying lockscreen tint (not a bug but very annoying)
3-camera lags while using Google lens
4- pop up notifications aren't coming for all apps.

If anyone's facing similar problems and has a solution then pls post it.

Not sure how this is related to the CM Pie 9 update, though within the following thread may solve your issue of you're still running OOS 5.0.8.

The Do not disturbe menu is likely Accessable from system settings within CB Pie 9.

    Using same solution provided.
