Bluetooth icon is not showing in status bar. I have checked my status bar settings Bluetooth icon is checked there.

    My device is OnePlus3T.

The bluetooth icon seems to shows up only when there is a some bluetooth device connected to the phone.

I noticed that, but i dont think that is a bug. Maybe pie only starts Bluetooth when a device connect to the phone...

Unless BT is already running, there is no way another device can discover it, or pair or if previously paired, connect?

If you check, on pie, BT is always discoverable.

I have a Amazfit Pace watch and my car has also Bluetooth and i have no issues on using both device.

When can we expect the arrival of pie by this month or the following months?

I think we are misunderstanding each other?

Are you saying, that even if BT is not NOT turned on in π's Settings, BT is discoverable?

No. Bluetooth is discoverable by default only if Bluetooth is on. If it is off it is not discoverable. :)

I upgraded to the Community Beta build from the stable build about an hour ago. Prior to upgrading to the community build I have never been on an open beta update so I knew I was safe to upgrade without problems.

Since updating I've noticed these bugs (for me):

    1. The dialer app has been updated (interface wise) however I'm not seeing the option to do a call recording nor am the Google Duo option baked in.

    2. My recents / multitasking interface has not changed.I do not know how come. But it is still the same as it was on Oreo.

Persons with greater expertise please comment.

Clear launcher data. You'll have to reorganize your launcher

I tried that and have had no luck. For some reason the launcher version I have installed after the update is 2.5.1

I tried manually downloaded 2 later versions of the launcher app based on Android 9.0, however both failed to install
