    Have been working with customer tech support for 45 days trying to get our two 8 Pro units to wirelessly charge with the OnePlus 50W wrap charger. Was on line with tech to dump current software in 8 Pro and add new software to fix problem. That did not work after being on line with her 20 + mins.
    Now the only solution is to return cell to OnePlus to data dump and add new update. Question : Has anyone else sent phone in for repair, and if so how long did it take before phone returned, and did repair work ?
    Just want to be sure I get phone back fixed in timely manner.

    Better call up customer care to know the repair timelines for your issue, in addition to the responses you might receive.

    I use 50 w wirless charger for 8 pro
    The thing is you have to use 65w adopter to charge the OnePlus 8 pro for 30w power
    So , let me know the exact problem you have .

    Yes, the other wireless charger is Q1.
    The OnePlus 50W warp charger has a 65W charging brick I purchased for it to meet the 30W charge requirement,
    Yes, I have been working with customer/tech support - in fact 38 communications back and forth, and now last step is they are sending me instructions to send cell in for software flush/update. They indicated turnaround - was just wondering if anyone else has sent in cell for repair, and what was their turn around ?

    It takes around 15 days or more if you send your cellphone through pickup and drop service
    I have used it , it took more than 15
    If u can or have time for visit centre and submit it . It would save your time and you will be having exact details of centre and phone number of engineer so you could contact them
