    Can you shed some light on the phones weak structure, 2mp macro lens, 5mp depth camera, 8 mp ultra wide lens, tinting issue, mono speaker and God knows what not. Really, this product shows where OnePlus is heading towards.

    The strongest marketing OnePlus can get is word-of-mouth, in fact, OnePlus was built when people saw your flagship killing potential, they didn't rely on your gimmicky 2 MP macro cameras or fancy packaging, it was the product which stood for everything.
    Customer satisfaction can build a brand more than any other kind of marketing and I got a reply to my email after 15 days, 15 days while the return period for a phone on Amazon is 10 says, so what's the point?
    Scratched screen protector, no we cannot do anything.
    I'm observing a purple tint, I get a template message to use logkit with some instructions which aren't in the logkit at all, I reply back saying so, no further replies.
    Is this what you call customer satisfaction?

    @Carl Congratulations on the launching of the Most HYPE Smartphone Ever, or the Over Hyped.

    There are so much issues in Pre-orders, AR Card, PopUp and Other Buying options this time.

    I wish you guys can focus on those factors and come up with some better solution.

    Because OnePlus is all about Community and keeping the Customer First approach but this time due to Amazon or Managing issues of OnePlus people faced many issues and disappointed with you guys, also the HYPE is the factor for such disappointment because when phone is Over HYPE people starts expecting something extraordinary or something amazing and lastly when they don't get it they are Disappointed more and frustrated tooo.


    In India our hearts brokes to easily & disappointed tooo, we always expect more from others. i also faces many issues regarding the orders, Pre-order and AR card invite and all issues are already been raised above. I hope it will not repeated in future & Preety much everything we asked for 🙈. #NeverSettle

    @Carl well please address pre order issues in India, we placed blind orders and made a fool of ourselves be it in getting the phone on priority leave those goodies aside, if someone from your team is reading this you need to address and solve all this mess. Lastly you made false promises of goodies too ( nowhere they are close to 5k) So kindly shed some light at that as well.
