It was a nice thought but this app runs slow as hell. It's completely unusable for the first ten seconds while it caches the thumbnails.

To be honest, I didn't really expect much, because it's kinda an extra from Oneplus. But I'm actually amazed! This feels a lot like the old Google photos gallery before they ruined a perfectly good working app.

It a nice, quick and basic app. Great job!

Seriously, OnePlus, WTF?? You promised M update in Q1. When everyone was expecting it, you came with yet another Oxygen Lollipo update, which is almost as crappy as all the previous versions, and packs the same bugs that were present from the start. Unsolved.

Now you are developing apps? WTF? Seriously, get your shit together and focuss on first things first. Deliver us a fast, bug-free OOS running Android M. Maybe hire a CyanogenMod-maintainer. And in your SPARE time, go and develop toys like this. Like... Who the f*** needs yet another gallery app, like they're not available on PlayStore?
What people really want is a properly working OS. And we've been waiting for it ever since we bought this damn phone!!

Awesome, it sure can be improved. i.e. we can't edit brightness/contrast or add filters which would bd cool, however the fact that we can "paint" over is pretty nice

End of Q1 2016, and we have Gallery , rly? Ok..
I think if you did the camera application, it would be much better. I think many would like to receive updates camera with Google Play (for any of. or custom ROM), rather than wait for 2 MONTHS UNTIL YOU REPAIR F**** CLEAR IMAGE. And sorry for caps. Thanks.

Oh just noticed that it's com.oneplus.gallery
    why not net.oneplus?
    Wouldn't that be "correct"?

I like the app much more than Google Photos, especially the drawing feature. One thing that should be though, is the abillity to zoom in and out while you're drawing ;)

The app is available today for all OnePlus 2 users on OxygenOS v2.2.1. Stay tuned for announcements on compatibility with our other devices. Download here in Google Play and let us know what you think.

Since my OnePlus X lacks the gallery app, i decided to opt for QuickPic and so far its been a pleasant experience. Lite and free, just my cup of tea. Cant wait to see your album iteration on my X, Team OnePlus. Until then, i'm intend to stick with QuickPic.
