mvstomar , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Aug 28, 2020 : Sir, My name is Mohan Veer Singh. I am a customer of one plus. The back cover of my one plus 7t has cracked by itself on . As I have seen it in morning , it was perfect but when I saw it again after two three hours, it was cracked. It has not hit any hard object and all the time in protected outer cover. I am very upset with such poor quality of one plus phone. I have three one plus phones 5t, 6t and 7t. If all start breaking like this than it will be total waste of my money. One plus is a reputed brand and that why I selected it over others. I request you to look into this matter immediately.
gdsingh94 , via OnePlus 7 Mirror Gray , Aug 28, 2020 : There is an impact point near the volume buttons
Artemus. , Aug 28, 2020 : You might wanna either take off the IMEI sticker... or at least block it out in the picture or else hello IMEI blacklist.
mvstomar , via OnePlus 7 Pro , Aug 28, 2020 : How can you say that there is impact point near volume button, when I am using it continuously by my side. Suddenly I heard some cracking sound then I checked all things near me but everything was ok. Then I saw cracks has developed on back of my phone.
Pramod500 , Jan 14, 2021 : Same happened with me I have one plus 7, the backside glass cover has cracked. the phone did not fall or there was no impact. it was in pocket all the time. I have been using it since year, but all of sudden it gets cracked. the company saying it's out of warranty but using low quality glass can cause it to crack in pockets. I feel it's engineering defect. now the back side looks broken as glass is cracked. hope the company had bot given the glass cover and had left it as it was earlier.
OnePlusSanjoySaha , via OnePlus 7 Pro Nebula Blue , Jan 14, 2021 : There's definitely an impact point which is inevitable. If the glass broke by itself, it won't have originated like that.
R.Peter , via OnePlus 7 Pro Mirror Gray , Jan 18, 2021 : Try to focus on the object, those pictures are so blurry I barely can recognise the phone. BTW, there's no impact point on your phone (as far as I can see it), not like on the one in the initial message.
Pramod500 , Jan 18, 2021 : there is no point of impact or anything of that sort, I recently visited the service centre, they said it's a physical damage and I need to pay for the glass break.
