    Those mechanisms aren't usually for putting them on and off several times. Yes, they are a snug fit when you close them, but getting them open again sucks.

    It's easy to break stuff like this and this doesn't only apply to phone cases.

    Here are photos of my bamboo hard case that I'm constantly receiving so many compliments on so, there's that. I've removed it several times with no issues or fractures. The first time I applied it on my OnePlus I put it on upside down, just the bottom part, and there was no issue removing and applying it correctly. Check it out.

    As far as bulk, I don't notice much more bulk than my Ringke Fusion case. It's not like you're carrying a block of wood in your pants, ha! It's really not noticeable at all.
