    In the application of my bank and insurance company, it is possible to use the fingerprint sensor as in several other applications to connect to your account.

    Unfortunately, with my One + 7Pro, it is impossible for me to use it to connect.

    Can you fix it?

    Delete the fingerprint(s) and then add the new one(s)
    Your online banking app might ask you to reconfirm the new fingerprint so be ready to log in using your password.
