    Well I my first unit was had severe display issues so I asked for a replacement which took almost 4 weeks to be done as there were no more devices available. And my current unit arrived last week which still has problems so I asked for a return.

    I had ordered through Amazon and they sent a technician to confirm the issue and once the tenchincian confirms it. Amazon can refund or replace the device. I think you should definitely give them a call and ask for it if you are not happy with the device. You can tell them that you were expecting things to get better but OnePlus has done nothing to solve your problems. I am sure Amazon will pay heed to your concerns and replace or accept a return.

    I see it going nowhere. The dev team at OnePlus pushed several small updates every week last month which hardly made any difference. Now all their focus is on the OnePlus 8T. New phone. New hype. Just look at other older phone forums, people have been complaining since months and OnePlus has provided no solution to it. When you pay for something, you expect it to work as advertised. If it doesn't, you should get your money and put it somewhere where it's worth.

    From a logic perspective, I'm finding the struggle the OP software team is having with Android 10 disturbing. Regardless of model, EVERY release seems to have problems and some are rather significant. As owner of a 5T, the 10.0.0 build has YET to be fixed nearly FOUR months later. While technology isn't perfect, something is clearly amiss.

    My OnePlus 7 Pro is rock solid and the specs aren't that different from the Nord. Maybe give it a try? You can find them on eBay, both new and used.

    Have to tried to contact customer support? If they are willing to do the only option left is to get a complaint filled in the consumer court. I know it's something one would not like to do but sometimes you have to do such things. Money doesn't grow on trees.

    Then OnePlus should have charged me for the phone when it's fit for use as advertised. I am not a guinea pig to test their phones. Usually you get paid to test stuff.

    Thanks for the advice mate. However, I would like to get a newer generation device. Specially now that the launch of Pixel and iPhone is upon us. I have a few spare phones lying around which I can use while waiting for them.

    Yeah exactly from the first day I have tint issue on my phone apart from there is also network issue on this phone which makes this phone useless
    And I've contacted to the customer care
    Only they have said that upcoming software update will fix this and oneplus.in has not the good facility in the term of returning the product and now there is no such trains and buses are there to reach oneplus service center
    So the moral is my 30k gone wated

    Exactly the reason I don't see Nord getting any better. I hope OnePlus can prove me wrong and people get to enjoy the phone without any bugs.

    I strongly believe that the display tint is hardware issue which cannot be fixed by software. This problem is mostly faces by users in India which means it's specially pertaining to units assembled in India. I haven't seen a lot of reports of people facing it in the EU. I would strongly suggest you to not give in to the OnePlus support. Just tell them you have waited 1.5 months and if they can't replace or return it, you are going to file a legal compliant.This will get them in order.

    I know right, I was using Redmi Note 5 pro (EvoX Custom Rom) idk why I switched to OnePlus Nord, but I'm happy with it.
    Also can't switch to other devices coz I'm broke rn!😅🙄
    But overall I'm happy with my purchase, also I don't game so it works for me.[e]1f601[/e]

    When I tilt my Nord ever so slightly I get that pinkish tint, only on white backgrounds obviously but it doesn't really bother me that much tbh, this is just a cheap secondary phone anyways
