Top, because that's what I'm used to. I wouldn't scoff at one on bottom, though.

For me it doesn't change much, I guess. Bottom is good if you're holding the phone, top is better if you're keeping the phone in your pocket.

Given the size though, bottom might probably be better for me.

Mostly used to top, but I do see the good sides of having it at the bottom. Even tho I also see the good sides of having it at the top..

I think on the bottom it feels more natural if you hold it in your hand and the cable isn't disturbing and it's way more natural if you put it in your jeanspocket.

I prefer bottom because when I take the phone out of my pocket to use it its in the right direction. With my HTC one I have to take it out and then adjust my hand to hold it and use it. Doesn't take much time but with how often I listen to music and have to take my phone out of my pocket it adds up. I assume it will be on the top but one can always dream.

I actually keep my phone in my pocket top down... Then I just grab it and it is already situated in the right orientation.

Bottom is the way to go, because the charging port is also on the bottom. That way when your phone is charging and you are also using headphone you don't have cables coming out of both ends. Overall just looks more cleaner.

Also 3rd party will be able to make some cool docks for car and home. Not everyone has Bluetooth built into their car and home audio setups.

It's probably going to be on the top, because that's how it's always been, but I think it makes more sense to have it on the bottom; you don't have to flip your phone when you put it in your pocket that way. Just IMHO.

No real preference, but I'm guessing it'll be on the top. I've actually gotten used to it and I'm able to take the phone out of my pocket with out having to really flip it around or adjust my grip all that much.

My phone (Gnex) has it on the bottom. My old Nexus one had it on the top and I H8ed it. I usually keep my phone in my pocket top down as well. ergonmically it makes more sense as the user doesn't have to reorient the phone to use it therefor less chance of dropping it.

Bottom. It's just more natural to have you headphone cable hanging down when you're holding it. Also when I take my phone out of my jean, I just grab and pull and its at the correct orientation. No need to do the weird two finger spin. I don't even know why do phone manufacturers love to put their headphone jack on top. It's just stupid.
