    Nope, only Dolby Audio and...Dolby Atmos through a compatible soundbar, but no Dolby Vision

    I am a fan of one plus. with one plus mobiles ( 3T and than 8T ) headphones and now 65 inch oneplus U1S TV. every experience was going on smooth until i tried to listen to Loki while in conversation with mobius... ( in Hotstar @ LOKI ) and i cound not hear any diaolouge despite of my turning on the volume to 80....
    after serching youtube and various forums , i tried to many combinations like swtching off 5.1 audio, setting sound mode to user, switching to dialouge enhancer, sorround sound ...literally every possible combination ...and now given up.

    the picture is excellent , you can hear all the sound very well except the dialouges..and this problem is on more in Amazon prime, hotsar and netflix....

    so guys if you want a tv with video and no claity of voice go for it and waste your money , like i did.. no remedy

    Hi even I have seen numerous shows and sometimes the audio is muffled but by setting the dialogue enhancer to high / switching audio to for example English stereo from 5.1 does the job very well! If you can again check these parameters in the settings and give it a try?
    Well you having a 65 inch unit maybe @gautamthapar and the expert @Venky61 can help as well!

    yes I have tried these settings also. It seems that the inbuilt sound system is not tuned properly for the OTT content. you will be surprised that the trailer of LOKI ( hotstar ) has somewhat clear dialouges but the same gets muffeled in the episodes. this is a big bummer for oneplus. and if I am facing this , everyone might be facing this issue.

    I have 100 MBPS unlimited plan with mesh network so no data issue as well. hope experts can help..

    I have watched Loki as well... a nice show but I haven't hooked any soundbar as of now! you must have tried watching without it, it should have been fine I guess! which soundbar are you using?

    my mistake , talking of inbuilt speaker / sound system.
    so were you able to hear the dialouges clearly ...because i could not make out what were they speaking..

    Dnt buy any tv I purchased but it's buggy raised multiple complaint and now they choose to select whole tv unit replacement but yesterday I got to know that they cancelled this I asked customer care and she mentioned like there is no rejection. Then I tried to ping in twitter and you know what I got RPL? Wait for 305 business working days to get tv box.

    Hey, I am just a user like you, I am not sure whats going on here but this got to be a mistake..Though I don't know what's wrong with TV or any particular details... ill suggest you contacting support once again on the official channel than on Twitter as of now!

    I am chasing them since April where I bought tv in January and problem start just after 3 months. Multiple complains, multiple time connect with one plus assistant but it not working. My problem is genuine still they are not taking any steps. It is my hard earned money and I dnt want to waste it.

    See I changed phone but you can get this month details. I dnt have previous details.
