This 2 weeks have beenbreak bad@@ I have no idea why, there's some times when the lag starts to lag, and when I click reboot or power off the phone just stays there and it will not shut down.
    It happened when I:
    1) try to switch off data and turning on WiFi, hanged, reboot, stuck.
    2) when I open some excel file in office app and it starts to be very laggy, mainly because it has lots of data inside the excel, tries to power off, stuck.
    3) forgot what I'm doing but I intended to reboot and it stuck.

Other times when I try to wake my phone but its not responding. When all these happens, I will need to force reboot the phone by holding power button 10 secs. Anyone experiencing this problem? My one is on 44s and its just 1 month old. Not rooted.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW, whether fore shutting down or force rebooting will hurt or damage my phone? If its 1 or Two time it wun, but I have been doing this for 4 times already I have no other choice it hanged@@

Kindly check your background apps and activity.
The phone is more than capable of handling a lot of activities.

Check the performance mode, stick it on the performance setting and close everything else, and try all of those things,

It might be a bug in the app, either contact the app's developer or rant about to OnePlus (As if they ever respond...)

Try a factory reset and check whether it still persists.

Do a backup of all your data first.

I don't think it will cause much problems. But its better not to keep force rebooting.

You Can use ES File Explorer to backup all the apps and restore it after factory reset.
So you need not download all the apps from playstore again.

I did it couple of time last month for an issue.
