    Greetings everyone,

We’ve seen a lot of exciting activity after the OnePlus 7 series launch in India. So far, you’ve been able to experience the OnePlus 7 Pro at all our online and offline touchpoints. And now, we’re ready to announce the OnePlus 7.

Featuring a faster screen unlock and a set of enlarged Dolby dual stereo speakers, the OnePlus 7 is powered by some of the best and most powerful technologies, making it another fast and smooth powerhouse. The OnePlus 7 drops at 12PM today on Amazon.in, www.oneplus.in and all OnePlus exclusive offline stores and starts at ₹32,999. Before we move on to pricing and offers, let’s see what the OnePlus 7 has to offer.

OnePlus 7: Fast, smooth and all-round powerhouse.

The OnePlus 7 features the latest and most powerful mobile platform Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 855 and UFS 3.0 storage. The octa-core Kryo CPU processor runs 45% faster and consumes 20% less power than its predecessor. And the Adreno 640 GPU offers a 20% improvement in performance and is 30% more power efficient.

We’ve also added RAM Boost to the OnePlus 7 to offer you a smoother experience. It is an intelligent feature that learns from your usage habits and pre-assigns available RAM to memory-intensive applications before you even open them. The OnePlus 7 will shorten loading processes and allow you to leave more applications open in the background without slowing down in performance.

    Sharper and Clearer Pictures:
The OnePlus 7 sports a powerful dual-lens setup that allows you to take clear pictures anywhere, at any time.

The main sensor on the OnePlus 7 features Sony’s IMX586, a 48-megapixel, ½ inch super-sized sensor with an aperture of f/1.7, and OIS and EIS. Our bespoke developed UltraShot algorithm acts as a powerful ally to the OnePlus 7, providing pictures taken with exquisite detail, better dynamic ranges and sharper appearances. It comes with two powerful features, HDR+ and Super Resolution.

HDR+ controls the exposure value of each pixel, allowing each frame to receive the HDR multi-frame synthesis treatment. Super Resolution extracts key information from multiple photos through a special smart algorithm and combines the characteristics of the subjects to layer the photo with detail. All in all, the OnePlus 7 is able to capture the subtle but stunning details of your subjects, accenting them in unimaginable ways.

    Availability
The OnePlus 7 will be available in Mirror Grey (6+128 GB, 8+256 GB) and Red (8+256 GB) starting 12 PM, on 4th June 2019 across www.oneplus.in, Amazon.in (for Prime customers) and OnePlus exclusive offline stores and on 14th June 2019 in all partner retail outlets. The OnePlus 7 is an amazing phone, no second thought to that.

I see that the focus seems to have shifted to the newer ultra premium segment but let's not forget the device that connects the core users, a budget flagship. Whilst I'm happy that the price and the specs are just about right. I hope that the non-pro version's design is refreshed and it gets its fair share of attention. After all it is this category that has brought OnePlus to where it is today.

Can't wait to get my hands on the OnePlus 7! ;)
    ATB with the new device.
    Cheers

Great! It's a much better buy than the 7 Pro. :)

But, 6 and 6T users shouldn't upgrade because that's wastage of money for a very minor performance improvement.

We - the users - are to blame for this. The greedy, unscrupulous phone companies know that most users have no self control, are basically idiots and thus they can be conned into buying the latest phone. In fact, that's exactly the strategy that OnePlus took when launching 7/7 Pro. Remember that tagline "we just made your phone slower" and that advt ?

Why there are no 6 months No Cost EMI option with Bajaj Finserv or Credit cards whereas its available for OP7 Pro.

Clearly discouraging the buyers for OP7 to go for Pro.

ist 2 posts by OnePlus employees.
they made it sound that this is better than the 7 pro.
    in a way it is.
sad for the 6T users.they have been beaten black and blue.
    biggest market is Asia.
can anyone give the figures as to how well the pro is selling.

Absolutely not. I too have the 6. It's a beast of a phone and has amazing performance. There's absolutely no need of buying a new phone before another year passes.
Ultimately,it's your money and your decision. But if I were you, I wouldn't buy the 7 at all. The 6 is superior because it had the 3.5 mm jack and notification led.

If you desperately want the 7, don't settle for anything less than 25 K for your 6 (you might get that if you sell on platforms such as OLX).
