    Yes, indeed. But the software has gone ages backward. Oxygen OS is no more close to stock. With Android 11, I think Oxygen OS lags behind colour os also.

    I just placed an order for the 8T and I must say that I primarily wanted something that featured dual SIM capability first. As far as the cameras are concerned I think mostly YouTube reviewers overstate camera performance for ALL phone's even when you consider price points. I'm a middle aged man and I have no problem understanding that my phone has a camera and not the other way around. Photos need to be clear with reasonable color accuracy and detail. That's it. In the case of the 8T I think it will deliver on that. All of the other features of the phone make it an outstanding device to use as my daily driver and it's a big part of why I chose to purchase it. Looking forward to more impressions once it arrives. 😊

    Hey, thank you for this review. I just got this phone and I could not be happier, reviews like yours weighed in to my decision. In fact I am thinking of writing a post about how I was worried about whether it will be any good, due to all the negative posts I was reading, but have been actually extremely impressed with this phone, the whole package: build quality, performance, software experience, camera. Especially the camera, with the negative criticism I was reading, but it is actually impressive! Stellar performance! Perhaps the 9 series is even better, but I am over the moon happy with the phone.
