    used/ using s2, s3, note 1 and note 2... all super amoled. never had issues viewing under sunlight/ daytime. hmmm...

    Wouldn't that require an LED display? IPS LCD has backlight and it would still be forced to be on.

    Now that you mention it, guess so... I heard nothing about OLED for the OPO but who knows for sure?
    JDI has 5.2" OLED's ready

    Yes, but it's already confirmed that the OnePlus is featuring a 5.5" CABC & DRAM IPS LCD JDI display. It will be more power efficient than a regular IPS display, but it still require the whole backlight to be on, even though it's black & white only.

    Why is there no picture of the whole Z1? The OPO might have smaller width but not smaller length than the Z1.

    it's speculated that the OnePlus One will be longer... that's why it wasn't a full shot of the Z1

    What about display calibration? It seems that manufacturers at this point are starting to pay more attention to this detail. Will the One be calibrated?

    I had a oppo find 5 before, I hope the screen will be same colorful and sharp! And you right the HD display is way enough the most important is the battery life which whit 2K screen is not the best!!!
