If the current update is same as mentioned by DXOMark then Oneplus7pro's Camera Performance is really disappointing !

So, DXOMark had the newest software. They got that result. That software is not the same as what the 7 Pro ships with, so many reviewer's did not have that "DXO Update" yet. In the last week the camera update had began rolling out. That's why OnePlus says there is no difference in the software, because it's currently being rolled out. Most reviewer's have the older software which is why they have such negative camera reviews. If you wait, this week myself, and other lab reviewer's will have their camera reviews posted and you can see some first hand examples from us ordinary guys. Tech influencer's are great, but they all have very high expectations seeing as they've used the best of the best. The camera on the 7 Pro isn't perfect, but it's amazingly good.

Thanks a lot for the information bro......All the reviews & samples I have gone through so far, the issues are :

    1. Images come out as pretty soft, under sharpened almost like an oiling effects specially in the human portraits.

    2. While using the 3x optical zoom, instead of using the telephoto lens, often it uses the main 48sensor and crops it digitally to 3x time !

    3. Inability to use the ultra wide lens while shooting videos which is a huge let down specially for landscape videography !

Now I don't want OnePlus7pro's camera to be the best of the best but when I am upgrading from Oneplus 6 to Oneplus7pro, as a hardcore Oneplus fan, I just need these issues to be fixed.... That's all.

That's likely depending on the lighting conditions, the software ends up choosing the sensor that best fits that particular scene.

I faced issue 1 and 2, but after the update it's fixed. 3 to be confirmed.

Why in antutu application it detects 12 mega pixel camera sensor? why doesn't it shows 48 megapixel?

Because the phone is actually shooting the pictures in 12mp, basically combing 4 pixels into 1. You can get full 48mp when using pro mode.

I have all the updates as of June 6 but the images do not measure even to my old S9+ (that got only a 99 score on DXO Mark) I am talking specifically about resolution.
