    Good day,
    Faced such a problem:
After updating the firmware (firmware beta) over the air, after rebooting the smartphone, the phone went out on the logo. When you turn on the smartphone, the screen does not work, the lamp indicator at the top works. The vibro works, and the sound when blocking (if I press the shutdown button). Help me understand and solve the problem.

What beta did you install? The latest beta was released in August. So strange that you get that update as a OTA now?

    Did you reset your phone?
Did you check it in safe mode?
Why did you flash an old beta version?

Yes, I updated the beta back in August, after the screen stopped working, I turned to 2 service centers in our city to carry out diagnostics, at 1 I was told that there was a problem with the screen, at 2 I was told that there was a problem with the motherboard. Therefore, I turned to you because I am not sure what the problem is in technical terms.

    1. I have not reset to factory settings, and now I can not enter because the black screen.
    2. I can not enter because there is a black screen.
    3. I switched to beta a long time ago, as the firmware arrives there faster (I had no problems).

well.... please visit the service center again.... get the device checked again and then let's the what diagnosis you get this time.
Could be the screen, but it also can be the motherboard...

In our service center, in my opinion they are not qualified. When you press to turn on the smartphone (the phone vibrates and turns on, but the black screen)I even hear the sound of my smartphone locking if I press the power button twice. The computer sees the smartphone. Is it safe to say that this is not a motherboard?

No, it isn't. because it could be a pin or a connector between the screen and the motherboard for example

Sorry to hear that. But you should trust the service centers... If they say motherboard it probably is the motherboard.
I'm just a forum user, and in no way working for OnePlus. My recommendation is to service your device.

What is the likelihood that it could be a train?
