Global invites are linked to your email address registered with OnePlus so no you cannot share it with another user. You have no option but to let it expire.
I am sure OnePlus staff will be in touch with you ... bear in mind it is the weekend so wait until Monday. In the meantime, patience again please. OnePlus need some time to sort this out. You are not the only user in this position.
