This is a fake email.
Anyone who has posted their email address publicly is liable to get this spam.

Yup, there shouldn't be any "claim"/"buy now" button. There is only a link which contains the invite code that can be clicked, e.g., http://onepl.us/GL4L-6FXO-96N3-FLQ5.

Edit - he hadn't checked where he was on the list, for a while. He had dropped to 15,000.
