How can you expect a solution if you don't at least tell us the name of the app ?

This forum is a worldwide one, plenty of information in one post could have saved at least 3 further questions from users.

So here's the 4th question..... What version OS on 5T and what on 7T?

If different then your app developer may not have upgraded the apo yet to work on the newest OS?

Sorry to interrupt, are there any normal moderators here? 50% of this forum is junk questions, most of the posters are not willing to use their brains, Google search or dictionaires, they don't understand simple questions/answers and they cry for nothing.
Oneplus 7t Pro is the best phone I've seen, but the forum is a joke, really

5t runs Android 9 and your 7t runs Android 10... Is the app updated for full Android 10 support?

You could easily just ignore the users. Or go to XDA if you want a forum with more power users

I know, I'm a senior member on XDA for 8 years. You're right, this is a generic forum for OP users, maybe one day they will become Pro's on XDA, who knows.
But apart from this, some of the people here need to learn some culture, you don't need to be XDA member to formulate a normal question. This is a matter of education, not knowledge
