just wanna add, that if you like how the iPhone works and can be ok with the limitations of it then you should be ok with an IPhone.
my biggest grip with apple, is that for one they finally admitted to slowing down older phones. you're extremely limited in everything you do, you can't set default apps for anything. wanna use a different email app? we'll get ready to copy and paste because every email link is going to open apples email app. Notification panel absolutely blows compared to any android. also the aggravation of just making a call, you want to call someone from your contact list in the actual phone app*the only way to access your contacts by the way*. You have to hit their name then hit either call or message or whatever. like why can't I just hit there name and call. Also how come we're on iOS 11 and you still can't put apps anywhere you want in the screen.

anyway, I would suggest test driving one for a few weeks before you settle for one. They seem like great phones but like the little things that android does that apples don't quickly pile up into an infuriating mess Everytime you use the phone. i was so great ful and happy to put the iPhone I had been using as a spare away once my 5T came. I firmly believe iPhones are for people that lack the ability to use technology.

Having updates is not always a good thing. My parents have two iPhone 6 and they are so slow with iOS 11. Apple doesn't give you the option to downgrade or put a custom rom, not even change your launcher lol so go ahead, after a year you will see how they slow down their phones. My brother just changed his iPhone 7 for the OP5T, and he was the biggest Apple fanboy I've ever met.

The 8. Didn't like the size of the plus (wanted a bit smaller phone) and I didn't like the design of the X.

I would recommend you to buy Google pixel xl2. and will hope your device doesn't get burn in problem rest everything is a perfect .

20000 times better than iPhone in many aspects.

I agree with you. The reviews I have read wasn't exactly glowing of the iPhone X. One reviewer said the iPhone X felt like a beta product.
