True but till then...and i am not going to just upgrade tablets and the like, that are still perfectly fast and fine just to have the cable standardisation i craved a few years ago...

That standardisation will be outdated in a few, it's how tech works.

Certainly and without a shred of doubt. Just think of not having to scavenge for a Lightning Cable. That puts a smile on my face.

Actually it will be useful because you can plug it in on either side.

It will be very useful, just have to carry around another cord. Cords are fairly small and not too much of a hassle to pack into a bag. With great battery life, hopefully I'll only have to charge it at night.

I think It`s very useful that we don`t need to watch how we turn the charger. Just plug in and there we go

Is it so hard to look at your cable and plug it the right way ?
In my opinion, USB Type C isn't usefull.

I managed to put the cable for my opo in upside down one night, luckily the pins in the phone weren't broken, just a little bent, but I was miffed when I woke up and the battery was nearly dead!

It's a effing nuisance and should die.

The only reason this thing saw the light of day was so that a bunch of dickweeds could sell you a bunch of new cables.
