Tmo 7t pro Mclaren unlock token website not working via OnePlus Community App

    Any body else having problems registering to get there unlock token. It says on the screen please enter a valid imei. been doing for about 4 days now. i talk to oneplus support all they say is ill look into the issue, i will escalate to our support team and never a straight answer. they say talk to tmo, tmo says that they have nothing to do with us or this...

    can anybody help me out here... theres a couple of us out there that i know is happening to them to!!!

    never settle my A S S !!! come one plus update you imei database!!!!!

    Yes I'm having the EXACT same problem. I'm getting the same message as you, "please enter a valid IMEI number". The thing is...I AM! I talked to support and got the same run around so hopefully they can fix this. Of course the thread on the oneplus forumsfabout 5g McLaren having excessive battery drain and GPS issues is conveniently not there anymore so it seems if they don't want to help they'll just sweep things under the rug. Listen here OnePlus, if you don't fix the IMEI issue I'm returning this device and never EVER purchasing another OnePlus device.

    @omariscal1019 This is the same exact thing that has been happening to me as well for the past three days or so. I have entered everything correctly, triple checked, and still get the error "Please enter a valid IMEI number" I have tried talking to multiple forms of support, who like you said to contact T-Mobile (who have nothing to do with this). I was even told to factory reset the phone, as if that would somehow make the IMEI change or become valid... In my opinion, either they don't understand, or they are just not giving a crap.

    To OnePlus, this is getting pretty ridiculous. I like others here will return this phone if this doesn't get fixed. What happened to the great company that actually helped the development community? Rather ALL of us are having this same issue and we are being treated like there is no issue at all. Also, deflecting your problem over to T-Mobile just makes things worse. Please get this fixed, and like others get rid of the 7 day wait time for the unlock bin. There is simply no point to having it be 7 days.

    Well I got an email from OnePlus today after the person I spoke to said they would "escalate" the issue. The email asked for my imeu number so I sent it but haven't heard back yet. I'll keep everyone posted.

    Figured that would be the case. I'm well within my return period as I just got this phone so if it's not solved by Monday I'm done with this phone and OnePlus.

    I just got off the phone with these fools. The customer service reps have no idea what they're talking about. They have no idea how to help us get this resolved.

    I'm having this issue too, I emailed support and got this response

    "We certainly understand your concern that you are unable to unlock the boot loader, please be rest assured we shall certainly check this case with the concerned team and we will give you that updates on this.

    Kindly allow us for 24-48 hours to give you the updates on this issue."

    I sent them all my information with screenshots of everything. We'll see how it goes. I'm going to link them to this thread so they know it's a larger issue.

    It is ridiculous how long it takes to receive a boot loader unlock bin file. This is turning me sour on the OnePlus phones.
