Too many Notifications

  1. kuldeep_cn Froyo Oct 6, 2018

    kuldeep_cn, Oct 6, 2018 :
    Hi,
Since morning i am getting too many notifications from many apps. These types of notifications are present in MIUI and Stock Android, but in Oxygen OS controls them very well. What could be the issue?

The irony is that the OP probably won't hear that, he's just going to get a notification:

    "Your bubble was bursted".

Ad Notifications from Shareit, Jio apps etc. Did you people receive it normally as Oxygen OS blocks them automatically if battery optimization is on for that particular app n if we want to allow them then we have to turn off battery optimization.

All this because pie has a different way of handling notifications... When you slide them away, you'll be asked if you want to keep getting notifications or to minimize them.. Just minimize them and you won't get notifications anymore...

More notifications coming - Flipkart, Amazon Music, WWE. Something's fishy, could be a Server side change from OnePlus. Is it possible?

OnePlus has no control over the amount of notifications you receive. These are more than likely push notifications to alert you of promos or items you signed up for. You do know you can hide all the notifications by swiping them away and hitting "Don't show notifications" when prompted, right?
