First I'd like to say thanks for the awesome tool! I think its pretty silly that OnePlus didn't think of this, but you sure did! So far, the entire installation as gone well except for the very end. My phone seems to be stuck at the OxygenOS boot animation, and it won't boot into OxygenOS. I have since disconnected from my computer (the tool says: OxygenOS Installation done. Please reboot) and right now my phone is sitting at home (I'm at school) with the boot animation running. Please help! I have a trip in a couple of days and I need my phone for it.

I'd like to thank you for this awesome tool!
I've downloaded it, used it and thank to it I've successfully installed OxygenOs on my Oneplus One without any problem! It went smooth like butter... Thank also to tpinho and his step by step guide.
    Win7 64bit here
I'm very disappointed by Oneplus, they should have made this tool, not you.

Hi, you can't brick your phone by using this tool. Did you install properly the drivers? See first post.

    2. In TWRP, go in Wipe --> Advanced Wipe --> Check all and swipe to wipe. Ignore errors.
    3. Still in TWRP go in Advanced --> Reboot --> Bootloader, again ignore warnings.
    4. Now that you are in fastboot, run the tool and everything should go fine if you did install drivers.

Please let me know how it goes

Well I tried this. It went through everything, told me that OxygenOS was installed and I should reboot. Now I'm stuck in the boot animation and it's the old Cyanogen one. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    1. Disconnect your phone from PC (important)<
    2. Hold Power 10 seconds
    3. Quickly press & hold Volume UP (first) + Power for about 5 seconds.

Now you should be in Fastboot mode. Connect the phone to PC again and run the tool again. Looks like something failed first time

Tried it, no joy. It boots into TWRP, then I try to go into sideload as the program specifies, it runs through some commands and reboots the device.

Just wondering, how long does the sideloading process take ? Should be about 5-10 minutes

I don't know what the drivers are. I've installed all the Android SDK and all the IDE. are these drivers in those packages?

In any case I tried to install TWRP manually. looks like it was flashed, but then the device reboots with Cynogen Recovery!!! is it ok?
