leave usb plugged in phone and pc. and hold power and volume up until you hear connect sound on pc and let go. see if it changes. are you using the stock usb cable? if not use it. if you are try another usb port or another cable

    Oh i got it working!
Problem was Pirated Windows OS and Qualcomm Drivers (I guess)

Tried on a PC with genuine version of windows and it worked like a charm!

    thanks anyway :)

sorry for what may be a stupid question but I read quite a bit and maybe I missed it but it says if your phone is not detected don't go into fastboot mode but into Qualcomm USB debugging mode what is the button sequence to enter that mode I can't find it? Is it the same power + vol up? Thanks

I've a problem with the identification of device. I followed all instruction, installed all drivers (coloros and qualcomm), rebooted PC and Recovery tool don't recognize the OnePlus One. PC report a qhsusb_bulk when i connect the phone to USB. When I push power up + vol. up PC change the qhsusb_bulk on Forge HS-USB QDloader 9008 (COM8). So i go to Recovery tool and press refresh but nothing appens. What I have to do?

you need the drivers for when device manager says bulk9008 that's why its not working. I don't know why they keep saying use coloros drivers. they don't work. use mine.

64bit windows only install manually through device manager

prob not. when you see 9008 in device manager. unzip the drivers with WinRAR. and manually update the drivers and you should be good

Nothing to do. I see 9008 (COM6) in device manager, but when I refresh anything happens, the screen stay as it was.

you will see it. but are the drivers installed for it? I don't see your image. right click bulk9008 and click update driver software. then browse to where the you extracted the drivers and install them
