    I am having battery drainage issues, The battery is draining quite faster then I anticipated, I slept with 95% and woke up with 89%, now it's been 3 hrs and the battery dropped from 86 to 52 with 60hrz refresh rate.

    For the first time in my life i have purchased a new OnePlus phone ( 7T pro ) on July 26th 2020 from Amazon India and the date shown in the OnePlus care app is 27th Feb 2020 , despite contacting OnePlus via phone , email , Twitter and forwarding the invoice there is literally nothing happening apart from getting all these feedback ids
    regretting my purchase now
    see the attached screenshots , all i want is the correct date to be updated in their system so i can buy the discounted protect plan but that apparently is harder than building a nuclear reactor
    was interested in the Nord too but this is a major debacle both from Amazon India and OnePlus
    I am not even sure that i got a new phone or a used one
    imagine paying 48k and being treated like this 🤬🤬[e]1f621[/e][e]1f621[/e]

    The time for taking one step at a time is gone.
    1000s of people are facing CS issues. Why should they suffer after paying $1000 for a phone?

    One step at a time would have been okay with the first CS issue thread was up or when the display issue was raised during OP7 Pro time. This is not the time to take one step. This is the time to dive in.
