    Hi everyone,

    The OnePlus Forum is a place where all our community members, users, and staff come together to engage, share updates, learn and support each other. It's also the place where most product related questions are asked and solutions are shared by our strong and helpful community. With your feedback and suggestions, we have been updating the system, optimizing the functions, and fixing bugs.

    One of the most asked question topics on the forum is technical queries. Before we jump into the top 30 questions, let us take a quick look at how the OnePlus support team collects, analyses and addresses the reported issues before a solution is given out to the users.

    All the technical queries that we receive daily via our support channels, forum, social media are categorized and reported to our technical engineers and product division. They further analyze these issues with the logs and details provided to get to the root of the problem and fix it. Not all issues are bugs, though. Many issues can be simply resolved with the help of troubleshooting. We use the knowledge gained during the issue analysis to build comprehensive troubleshooting guides that help to resolve/identify issues faster when a user contacts OnePlus Support.

    It is significantly important for us to continuously monitor each issue reported as it's not only helping our engineers and product teams but also helping us support you faster. And that is exactly why we have a dedicated team listening to your bug reports.     in my oneplus 6 I m facing technical issues, while watching movies in Netflix or Amazon prime it will automatically close after few min.

    I'm a user who uses a OnePlus 3T but unfortunately nowadays it's unable to afford a OnePlus phone due the increase in price. I recommend them to do what they do best, that's to give affordable new phones. It's not about high class or top notch performance but it's about affordability and increase in users.

    Hi, I am recently facing issues with the in-screen fingerprint sensor.

    I have deleted and re recorded my fingerprints but it simply fails to recognise them. The fingerprint capture process completed successfully but during authentication it simply doesn't work.

    I have tried cleaning the surface and different prints. Please note that it was working earlier but suddenly stopped recognitions.

    please suggest.
