Carl Da Boss says there is no latency problem.

    Adjust your reality accordingly please.

If you touch the screen and move the finger around very little (like 3~5mm), it won’t be registered as a scroll. You can do the test even with the iphone 5 and see differences....

actually battery drain was the most noticeable point after flashing open beta 12 on my OnePlus 3....

lagging wasn't there for me while gaming.... some other bugs are there to be fixed...

If only I knew that OP has so many bugs I would never had bought this device. Development team support is so bad.

Wow, I haven't thought about that for a long time. I went from an iPhone 4s to the OPO and remember thinking it didn't respond as well as the 4s. My OPO is still my daily driver and I haven't used another phone since August 2014 and it still has the 3~5mm delay you mention. I guess I just learned to deal with it, because I don't notice it anymore.

I play 2dots all the time thats all about drawing lines on screen and never noticed any latency or any issues. Finace has a Galaxy S6 and its BRUTAL to play on her phone after mine, OP3 is way more sensitive and accurate.

No idea what OP's problem is.

in this video you see explanation of touch latency, op3 has 93ms which is very high for a 2016 phone, where iphone ans samsung have 30ms or less....

Yeah... I just said I was experiencing the same thing, the 3-5mm delay, aka touch latency. Compared to iPhone, like I said, you can tell the difference. I learned to deal with it.
