    Same! The phone gets extremely hot because of mobile data however, so that may be the cause.

    Made it definitely better, not completely gone though. I posted this tip before btw.


    Dude you're crazy:d I'm on 44s since 5 months so this is not the cause for me.

    I reported it to androidauthority, but they only posted an article about the firmware fix is to come, with a little sarcastic tone.

    The super great customer service is refusing to move my case forward until I send them a picture of the phone with the back case off. I've explained 3 times that I can't get the back off without feeling like I'm going to break it and it's not my obligation to potentially damage the phone to get them to honor their own warranty.

    This is beyond stupid at this point

    Last oneplus one product for me... Bluetooth connectivity issues, headphone port issue, mic issues and now touch screen....just done with this phone.

    I refused to remove it as well and haven't heard back from them. I bought my 1+1 in November and if I don't hear back from them in a couple days I'm opening a dispute with paypal.

    "Finally" I'm experiencing these issues.
    I've been glad and telling everyone that in 7 months no issues affected my OPO, but today they started.

    It all started with random "turn offs" a week ago, with more than 50% battery percentage.
    Earlier today, maybe because the weather was a little warmer (27ºC), the ghost touches appeared and continue until now!

    I need the phone for work, and this issues are exasperating!
    Will the software fix solve the issue? I don't think so. This is so frustrating…
    Plus, this occurs randomly and I can't record a video/screencast to prove it on an RMA.

    I use the phone as my personal phone and for work too. I develop for Android, this is where I test the software I make.
    I can't be all the weeks installing ROMs (already tested) to prove the Costumer Support I have an issue already well known. This is simply frustrating.
