Trade In programm : not valadated after 1 month

    Hello,

    I sent my OP6 for the Trade In Program on september 23.
    I ve not received any validation Mail.
    The OP6 is marked as " Received".
    I contact le Guest attention service but it's very slow to answer and very unsuefull.
    is there anyone in the same Case ? What was finally the resolution ?

    Hi @Eric Barbey, where are you based? The trade-in programme doesn't follow the same process in all regions. Did you avail yourself of a cashback offer or was it a voucher towards purchase of a new device? When was the OP6 marked as "received"? Have you been in touch with CS at all regarding this?

    Also, was the trade-in part of the purchase of a OnePlus 9? Since you created your thread in the OnePlus 9 General Support section, which is usually the place for OnePlus 9 device owners to receive feedback from their fellow forum members on issues they're having with that particular device.

    Hi, send an email as well with all the details you have and try on Twitter also if you are there. I guess some aggressive follow up would be required as it's a month already.
