Trying to buy but website buttons doesn't work!

    Hey guys, just got an invite and was going to buy it as a gift for my girlfriend. The problem is, I CAN'T FINISH THE ACQUISITION!

    I have the cellphone on the cart already. When I click CHECKOUT i get redirected to:
    https://oneplus.net/customer/account/edit
    When i write my name and last name and hit "save", nothing happens. Tried on chrome, I.E. on my celphone.. it just doesn't go anywhere.

    Samething happens when I try editing the info on
    https://oneplus.net/customer/address/edit
    Whenever I hit the "save adress" button, nothing happens!

    I managed to save my name and last name, but when I go back to the checkout it still redirects m

    If it doesn't work before the invite expires, make a screen record and sent it to support. The store page is very buggy at the moment. But keep trying usually it works finally.

    I'm just frustrated that none of the red buttons work. For example, if I try pressing the "checkout" button in the cart, it wont go. If i go through the text link on "my account", then it goes.

    Exactly the same for me!! I've tried different browsers, even from my smartphone, but all red buttons seems to be bugged. nothing happens when I press on them! And my invite will expire in about 20 hours...

    Are you honestly surprised?

    How does OnePlus expect to meet warranty and repair/maintenance?

    Their accessories page lists no battery replacements at all, not that the general public would be able to complete the process of replacing them.

    and those "service centers" we were promised? hows that coming along? BAAHHAHHAHHAHA good luck

    Webstore is focused on protective cases and ear buds when they cant even produce their phone.... as if generic cases and headphones are incompatible BAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    I'm having the same issue. I took a picture of the screen and was going to submit the problem to tech support but even their ticket system is down. Hopefully they will resolve this soon and take care of their customers who may run over the 24 hours because of this issue.

    I had the same problem last week when buying my second OPO, I tried several times but the problem persisted, I had to close the tab (I tried with Chrome and FireFox) and open a new one again a few times in order for the red buttons to work.
