The most important thing (arguably more important than the tech) is good design. Good design is not something that looks pretty but that functions in a way that is natural and ballances usability with feature and operational efficiency.

It is important to follow designers (designers by training, not by title) advice and let design take priority over timelines. If this is not done, then another mediocre hyped up product will be developed instead of a beautiful piece of tech.

    OP TV Flagship Killer

Choices of 43, 50 and 55 inch, and maybe a 65 in to suit those with deeper pockets.

Home cinema sound bar built in, with surround sound. Min 4 high watt speakers and subwoofer.

    Android 10 upgradeable
3 years OS and 5 years security updates
    Min 6Gb ram
Min octacore Qualcomm processor, 2.5ghz plus
    128gb eUFS 3.0 or SSD
    OLED 4k panel
    Gigabit Ethernet, 2.4 & 5.0ghz Wifi.
    Digital waterproof remote
Remote software for phone over Bluetooth
    Auto screencast OP phones
Filesync with OP phones built in
    USB 3.1 x 4
    4+ HDMI ports
Power option to Shutdown completely not just standby.
    16 megapixel camera
    Built in Freesat tuner
    Picture in Picture
    200hz plus screen

Make it the TV Flagship Killer. Discount the price for the first 3 months. Also sell as a Phone/TV package for a discounted price.

Would blow tv manufacturers out of the water, give them something to aim for.

Well, I want to buy a smart TV, because I want to enjoy streaming services like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, YouTube and Amazon Prime Video.

And I want to view pretty much any content on your TV, including all the home videos, photos, and music on your phone or computer.

Most importantly, I want to play games on my TV, like FFIXV, WOW, POE...
