Make it in two pieces. One box for the receiver/tv/sound tech, plus a monitor/screen. Connect both with one thin cable. That way, everyone can buy a screen size that he/she prefers.

Maybe even wireless connection is possible. That way it could be possible to pair more than one screen to the tv box. You just can place a screen in your garden, connect it wireless to the box, and watch the world cup final with your friends. Or you can connect a beamer with the box.

Plus, combine it with PC/tablet like functions. A separate keyboard and a full working web browser. You can sit on your couch, watch a show, stop watching, write an email, or write any text or note, check your calendar, and then continue to watch your show.

    My recommendations would be:
    - Screen size from 50" to 60"
    - perfect Screen quality is most important! I want a really good picture first of all!
    - Android System for the Apps that we all use in our Phones work on the TV
. bit of storage and recording functions
    - for the TV a easy to use surface with features like Dreamboxes
    - Enough HDMI ports
    - maybe Ambilight like
    - Full backlight LED
    - 4k to be ready for the future and BlueRay
    - Bluetooth to connect other devices like Headphones

And it should be at a realistic price ;)

TV is simple. Bring on Good Display and Good Sound System.

BUT oneplus have to be unique in this product, coz why would people buy a new TV and even Oneplus which is still not a "trusted" brand in TV regarding their durability, maintenance availability etc..

    So bring something unique.

The unique thing about Oneplus is the OOS. The customizability, the speed and the powerful software that surpasses others that have the same hardware.

    Amplify more on that.

Also For me TV is about gathering with the beloved ones, watching movies. Its like a home. like a social center.

The TV could act as "the Motherboard/CPU of the Home".
Phones can be connected to it Wirelessly
    - acting as a remote control
    - to cast
    - Voice command through phones
    - setting alarm/timer/reminder to it

    Source of entertainment :
    - Netflix, Youtube etc
    - Good Gaming support
    - Spotify/iTunes/RadioFM

Can update about the weather, news, traffic.

    The functionality.

Image quality, HDR, web browser which should be reliable as desktop ones, post processing of images (especially while upscaling low quality content), good DVB tuners.

I want a dumb TV.. All the OS does is handle HDMI, DISPLAYPORT, AUDIO PASS-THROUGH, and color balence.. 4k + hd10 and Dolby vision.. Gsync, freesync or HDMI 2.1 VRR would be a huge plus

I hope you didn't know that writing in capital letters means yelling and is really rude.

30k? Iranian Rial (= 0.71 US Dollar) or Kuwait-Dinar (= 99206 US Dollar)? Or peanuts?

    3. full array LEDs
    4. competitive pricing like tcl TV's
    5. 4k and HDR

Perfect TV would have deep blacks (OLED), high peak brightness (LED), but ideally both and that is the tricky part. Micro LED is on the horizon, but it's going to be pretty pricey, so i don't think this would be the technology that OP would want to use in their first, budget friendly i presume TV. An alternative here would be a full array backlight dimming LED panel with decent amount of dimming zones to ensure deep blacks and high peak brightness. Low input lag for gaming purposes. Gaming industry is huge and that would definitely be appreciated.
On top of that, all the popular standards like HDR10+ and Dolby Vision etc. Smooth and responsive OS is essential for obvious reasons (Nitrogen OS?). Maybe you can release a soundbar to go with it at some point later. Better than built in. Would keep the cost of the TV down and give people a choice. Of course the TV would come with standard speakers.
That's all from me for now.

Native casting with Oneplus phones would be a nice addition,

Needs to be a quick experience, too many smart TV's are slow and laggy.
