[Answered] TWS Bluetooth Pairing Issue on OTA OOS 9.0.3 Feb 4, 2019

    I paired my Mpow T5 TWS earbuds to my OnePlus 6 before upgrading to the latest OTA update from OnePlus - Oxygen OS 9.0.0, and unpaired them after the update. They worked all fine with Bluetooth 5 and Qualcomm AptX in the last Android 8 OTA. Now they do not function properly at all.
    As for troubleshooting, I have tried forgetting the device, resetting the earbuds' pairing history, clearing phone cache, clearing Bluetooth cache, and resetting network settings multiple times.
    Mpow T5 TWS earbuds based on QCC3026 chip.

    I confirm a similar problem. TWS headphones do not connect to Android 9.0.3 OnePlus 5.

    I think no matter what your Oneplus smartphone model is. This is a compatibility issue for TWS earbuds and the latest OxygenOS. I really hope that in the next update this will be fixed.

    I confirm a similar problem. TWS headphones do not connect to Android 9 beta 23-24 OnePlus 5t.

    The same problem. TWS headphones do not connect to Android 9.0.3 OnePlus 5. The headphones could be connected with other devices on Android 8

    I confirm.the same problem with tws earbuds .. and it is shameful that no responsible person from oneplus is ready to talk about this .

    I got a reply from mpow . they are developing a driver which they will send it and we will be able to install . i'll comment once they send it
