ugly bug brightness

    sommino, May 23, 2019 :
if you are the brightness as in the picture, then try to open a notification by following these steps.1) from the lock screen pull down the pull-down menu 2) press on the notification to open it.the imprint symbol and the sign appear, but there is an obvious problem of brightness as shown in the photo also seems to be related to the lock screen background type.

a small update: if I remove fingerprints as a security method and leave only the pin or the sign, there is no longer the effect that I reported of a purplish halo. seems to be connected to the brightness needed to read the prints

What are trying to convey? Can you be more specific?
Is the brightness getting reduced when you tap to open the notification? Or it just increases a lot?

If it increases, then it is normal because the finger print scanner requires an optimum brightness level to read the finger print to unlock the phone.

I want to transmit a possible management bug in the brightness, since it seems that a part of the panel is not properly lit as you can see in the second photo. when I try to tap the notification the general brightness it does not change, but it seems that a part of the oled is not properly lit, and it happens with low level of light

Does the second picture seem normal to you? it doesn't seem very normal for the screen to look like this. what did you not understand?

    I have noticed the same.
In low brightness, if the fingerprint unlock shows, it seems like it drains the surrounding brightness, and changes colors completely, image gets very high contrast.

viewing the 2nd image as your first screen and 1st image as your screen when you swipe up which has lower background brightness. that is perfectly normal, that's because it is like a layer above what you were viewing. it isn't something you need to worry about.

but it is horrible to see with absurd glitches, where half is in light and half in shadow. it's not normal and it's a bug

it isn't a glitch or bug my friend. it happens on every OnePlus phone. sharing screenshots of my phone.
if i tap on the notification to unlock my phone, the passcode layer pulls up on top of the notification page which brighter so that you can focus on the passcode page than background.

my friend is not a problem of lowering the brightness, is that half the screen remains black with horrible glitch and half remains illuminated vertically, it is not that only the general brightness falls what I knew already. do you see the second photos and the glitch? this happens only with op7 pro, because it seems that one half of screen is switch off and one half is switch on
