Sound Ultra sound in ear phones is not effective Mar 9, 2020

    Dear OnePlus community,
    I am using 1+ 6 since 1.3 years. I have both one plus bullet 3.5 mm jack and wireless bullet v1. The sound quality of both ear phones are good. But the issue is when i play pubg i cannot feel the ultra sound system. I listen the regular sound. But when i connect my both ear phones to the other device like one plus 5 or 5t or xaiomi note 8 pro i can feel the sound. If you guys can solve it for me i will be very pleased. And i am a big fan of one plus. Thank you.

    ultra sound is when you are in a game like pubg its will give you the foot step direction. like if the enemie is in your left side the the left ear phone sounds louder then right one. and the same thing happens with the right ear phone when the enemie comes from the right side.

    pung developers said that they already update their apps. the gave a 41 mb new ultra sound file in the app. but it's still doesn't work.

    Still, that's something for the PUBG developers not Oneplus...
    Great headphones gives you directional sound, without any "ultra sound" update...

    brother i told before and now also telling i used the latest 3.5 mm jack ear phone and the wireless bullet v1. i think they are as good as the one plus corporation made them. and the same head phones can give me directional sound from any other device. as i told in my thread.

    Delete pubg and install again. It's probably a temporary glitch.

    I think you messed around with a setting called mono audio.

    Go to settings (phone) and then system > accessibility > mono audio, if that's enabled, you found the issue, disable it.
