    Getting 'unable to conference call' message on virgin mobile UK, called them and they said they don't support it, great! They do however support group calling!

    @Praveen_lal Have you tried conference call inserting your sim in any other cellphone... ?

    please try that if it still doesnt support there too then contact your service provider and ask them to activate on your SimCard

    I have done that already and it works well. It's not a issue with SP . I have opened a ticket in JIRA as well.
    Unfortunately the case is open from 23rd September 2014.

    If you guys are facing the same please vote for the issue.

    i cant do conference call, it is working on my old phone without problem. on OPO its showing unable to merge call.

    Hi everyone! Any solutions yet? I'm on a Vodafone 3G in India. Facing the same issue. I can add a call but unable to merge the calls. Once I add another caller the first call automatically goes on hold. Checked with the carrier. They said Vodafone supports concall & it's activated by default on my connection. What could be the reason for it to not work? Any Suggestions please?

    I'm also facing the same issue and it also doesn't notify on screen when someone connects a conference call like Nokia & Samsung handset does.

    You must go for fresh set up of the conference calls on your Vodafone mobile by following below mentioned steps:-

    - At first make it sure that your “Call Waiting” service is on.

    - Thereafter call the “first” person you want to invite.

    - Put “2” button to put them on hold.

    - Call the “ second” person you want to invite.

    - Press ”3” button to join everyone together.

    - To add more people repeat the steps 3,4 and 5.

    If you face problem in this process, you can even call the Vodafone Customer Services here .

    big issue to try to do converence call in one plus 3T (last version A3003_28_170923) ... anyone ? i'm getting the message " Error message, unable to conference call.."
    iv'e try other phone it's seam that only oneplus has the problem .. please help
