    what OS version?
    what changed on 7/1 on your phone?

    I would likely guess from the recent reviews of the app (50 of the last 55 reviews are 1* saying it doesn't work) that you have updated to Android 10 without checking that the app is compatible with Android 10.

    ok, so as I said, MobileIron have not updated their app to work with Android 10. You need to ask them when they are going to make their app compatible. Not a OnePlus issue.

    that shows you how much attention that MobileIron pay to their Android app that they can't even get the right email address on their Play store listing...
