    It seems to be a common issue for people that have upgraded from 10. But it has happened on 10 users too.
    Known issue from beta. Might not even be a Oneplus issue but perhaps a Google issue.

    Aurora Store or manual updates via apkmirror until it's fixed.

    Most needed a factory reset to solve this permanently. But even that might not be a 100% solution (backups might affect the end result - so a clean install might fix it better).
    For me that started using betas since DP3 I wiped and used no backups... Been working all the time for me despite many users in beta having the issue too.
